the trick is finding land you can build "on" next to a river...that is the hard part,
water tables and septic concerns are a big issue in then thar' parts.

Like I said...I am looking to find a few people that would like to form a small "green community" within reason. I believe the slogan "live and let live, well." would be a good place to start the covenants. lw
