Basically just lyk that other kid's... hopefully i'll keep yall up to date..

I have 11 plants in soil at this moment. I got a couple fluros above'm, waiting for them to pop out the ground..


I have 1 plant growing out of a bowl of wet paper towels.. I have a 120w CFL on it. This seed was left behind, so i'm growing it somewhere else, the 2 tadpole leaves jus showed, and 2 new leaves, both 1/16" in. long, are forming at the center.. This is after its 1st day of 18/6... its now on its 2nd day, (its 9:43am and the lights go out at 6pm)

1 out of my 12 seeds have shown progress, i got the 2 round leaves out, but one's curved over the other one (lil odd, eh?) and 2 more sharper leaves are coming out from the center..

I have 4 CFLs.. 360w, 6320 lumens...


all 4 are same model..
FLE24TBX/SPX27 Biax - soft white 24w (replaces 90w incandescent)
- 120VAC 60hz 400mA
- 1580 lumens

hopefully I'll be able to bang out somethin good with'm.. I'll be setting these bulbs up tonight for the other 11.. the 1 seedling going now has a cfl to herself.... i'm on my way back to my place to check on it now..

ok, after discussion on the wattage and strength of the bulbs, I'm going to be gettin stronger bulbs.. I'm growin wit a few ppl, they dont seem to be putting in the effort to help knock this out so i'm gonna try and make sure my plant doesnt mess up....

its day 8, and my seedling is less than an inch tall, on 24/7 light from a 24w cfl.... it just started developing a root..

mmk... so I decided in the middle of the night to put a plastic film over my bowl of paper towels and seedling, to trap the moisture.. that was about 6-8 hrs ago.. and I'm seeing increased improvement..

the cotyledons are still yellowish, but the main 2 leaves have a rich green color, AND they seem to be considerably bigger.. I CANT WAIT TIL I GET A BETTER BULB!!!!

I see soooo much potential from this plant, that its coming out pretty nicely with some sun light (its by the window) and 24/7 24w...

^- above I mentioned my window.... I figured the 24w wouldn't do much so I'd put the sun to use while its out, with my plant to the window and my 24w by it side 2in from the plant..

the combination is pulling off well in my opinion..


however this thing can't stay in paper towels til flowering... (or can they??) lol I gotta run to walmart and get some paper towels..

i have 3 plants right now 1's about a ft tall or little more about quater of bud on it and i have another one dont know the strain but its lookin like some killer shit "blueish leaves" all my plants r flowering 1 week into the process and 8 weeks to go and mt 3rd one is ver very detailed and diff its on like its 3 notch not alot of leaves buddin alrdy has black buds on it and yellow and white hairs? ne one know...

And right now for light im useing 2 Sets of all togather four florescent lights 40 watts a peice the 4 ft ones by salvania and Phillips...

and im about to go to hope depot for some cfls fo flowering which cfl light is best for flowering?

high wattage.. try and find red spectrum bulbs.. they're not cfl so dont try n find them there... u gotta find a source of red spectrum, so do a internet search on red spectrum bulbs. they have blue spectrum cfls, but thats for veg
