Yeah it didnâ??t for me either. Thatâ??s why it was the last of the 5 movies up for best picture I saw. And even with all the hype etc, I was just amazed!! The fact that you have no interest in it will just make you like it that much more.

Because itâ??s just such an incredibly directed, acted, filmed love story! Thatâ??s what is so amazing about it. People think itâ??s going to turn them gay or something. But thatâ??s not the point at all. Itâ??s so fucking sad. It made me think about past relationships with girls I had.. With girls I wish I had had a relationship with. The gay part is not the point. Itâ??s just so well done... The acting so superb.

If you like REALLY REALLY good movies there is no reason not to see it!

Yeah but that makes no sense because everyone falls into either the "I donâ??t want to see it because itâ??s about gay cowboys" category or the "I only like action/mainstream movies" category. I donâ??t think there is anyone that could say they like intellectual movies but does not want to see Brokeback..

Saying it has "no Appeal" is the same as voting for the "I donâ??t want to see it because itâ??s about gay cowboys" option!

So why would you refuse to vote?!?

If you are bothered by the fact thatâ??s itâ??s about gay cowboys why donâ??t you just admit it?? What is so hard about that?

If you think you are into intellectual movies but donâ??t want to see Brokeback then I would say you have some problems. And I would say if you did see Brokeback you would be pleasantly surprised by just how great of movie it is! Your homophobic fears were much to do about nothing!
