    The OC on Fox

OK, so I've been watching the OC with my wife the last few years. It's not the best show, but it's one of the few we can watch together. Anyway...the last couple of episodes a main character Seth has been toking the sweet green in his room. What's nice is that when his friend and gf found out, they didn't even give a shit about the weed, they were just peeved that they were lied to. I thought this was kindof nice considering they've had characters OD, get caught up in back drug deals and another of other things that were "big problems". When the gf found out, she said "...so what, it's pot. whatever..."

Yea, johnny dying was one of those things that I told my wife would prolly happen enventually, but I was still surprised thay it happened. Either that or somehow he would leave the show on some other surf tour or something. He was causing way too much trouble and he didn't even mean to. Hard to hate a guy for screwing things up when he's actually nice.

totally, i feel like they just took the easy way out by killing him off! none of my friends agreed with me, but i wanted him to end up with marissa ryan acts like her dad and he never smiles! i hope he goes and hooks up with that other random girl so marissa can date someone better. plus when is his child going to show up?

Yea, I think he is gonna start hanging around this new girl a whole lot. It's gonna be one of those things to show how badly marissa deals with it when he was so cool with her hanging out with some other guy all the time. And yea WTF happened to his kid? Does he not even care?

well i don't know why he didn't decide to date another girl BEFORE johnny died so at least marissa would have someone else to go to... stupid ryan ruins everything! no but he doesn't know about the kid, remember? she said that she got an abortion when she really didn't (what was her name i am blanking) but he has to find out sooner or later

Yea considering the target audience is pretty much everyone that watches the WB I'd have to agree to a certain extent. I do still think that the first season (or at least most of the first half) was an excellent show. The writing was just great. It was one of those shows that my wife wanted to watch so I let her watch it while I played a game. I ened up watching the whole episode and I've been watching it ever since. Same shit happened when she wanted to watch the notebook. I didn't want to watch it, but by the end of it, the controller was down and I was just sitting there watching it like you would a train wreck.
