Why didn't you tell the judge that?

I wasn't aware I could pick and choose my punishment.

Generally, you can't actually "choose your punishment" but sometimes you can request options (like weekends, work release, house arrest, probation, diversion, traffic school, etc) so if you tell the judge you refuse to comply with the conditions of probation and prefer jail instead, I'm sure they'd be happy to comply with your request.

I am complying with the conditions of probation. Thanks for the advice though.

Oh, I thought you said you were drinking and usually part or the terms of probation include not drinking or breaking other laws like running away from your probation. Maybe, it seems, probation has it's advantages after all?

I never ran away from my probation. And you got me there, I do drink. Good thing alcohol leaves your system in 6-24 hours, right?

Yeah, so the thing about complying is a lie too. I never said you ran away but your thread was asking about it. While you might be safe from scheduled tests, you were dumb enough to get caught with the pipe that eventually got you put ON probation, what makes you think you're smart enough to avoid getting caught again in the future with booze? Remember, jail is full of people that thought they'd never get caught.

So much for my luck...I knew it was too good to be true.

If it were a lie I wouldn't have admitted to drinking, would I? Obviously I forgot. And I don't think I'll be getting caught drinking any time soon, I don't drink and drive and don't exactly walk around with a bottle of vodka.

If you hate talking to me so much, you could just, you know, not come into these threads, couldn't you?

No kid, you said, in the other thread, "With luck this will be my last post in this thread directed towards you." I had just hoped you meant any thread. When I'm done with you I'd just put you on ignore and *poof* you'd no longer exist but I wont hide in one thread while whining in another. If YOU hate talking to me in other threads you can stop posting too.

I don't know why you'd think I meant in any thread when I specifically said 'last post in this thread'...maybe your eyesight is failing

I don't hate talking to you, you were the one who started with the hostility and douchebag attitude. People like you make me laugh, so it's no skin off my back. You can put me on your little 'ignore list' though maybe that would make you feel powerful, clearly that's what you're lacking.
