Getting Ripped Off

Well today I finally gave in and decided to pick up a half 8th from my usual dealer for the outragous price of $30. When he handed it to me it felt kinda small but I looked at it and was just like whatever this guys usually scales his stuff out so its probably straight. Then when I get home I scale it out on my digi and its only is 1.4! I'm soo upset, but I think I'll smoke it rather than take it back, and just tell him about how upset I am next time I talk to him. It'll probably be the last bud I see until I find a job in the new city I'm moving too, unless my friends get me some for my birthday.

n u were supposed ta get a 1.5? well that aint too bad, it cood b a rlly high 1.4 so rlly close to a 1.5. try puttin the bud on the scale, let it read it, then apply sum pressure down n see if she tinkerz up to a 1.5. i woodnt get 2 pissed over a point, cuz it prolly wuz juss an accident. if u were missin a .2 er .3 then id b askin fer my cash back n goin sumwhere else. i get 3 gz sumtimez 4 fer $30

hmm an eighth is 3.5 half 3.5 is 1.75 so he got ripped .35 of a gram i figure id just smoke it even though it was fucking pricey

I have posted the scale for conversion from 1/8s and 1/4s to grammes for those who need it.

1/8 of an ounce is exactly 3.5 grammes
1/4 = 7 grammes
1/2 = 14 grammes
1oz = 28 grammes

Thats it, simple really, so if somebody is selling you an 1/8th that weighs less than 3.5 you are being ripped off.

This is not opinion but FACT.

Therefore your half an eigth should have weighed in at 1.75 grammes
