I was wondering what the best method of ingestion of HBWR seeds are, because I just ordered 50. I have done research on erowid and throughout the net but I still haven't been entirely convinced by any method.

I kind of like the one where the dude smash 9 of them with a hammer... Then he mixed it with a teaspoon of OJ then just kept it all in his mouth for 25 minutes... then spit it all out... I will try to find the page again...

dont matter what you do just crush and let soak in water for a couple hours.take at least 20
