wow thats great, but i would be certain about the fan issue first.... from the looks of the unit, the herb goes into the whip thing... the manufacturer in this case doesnt make much claims about anything, makes no attempt to describe its theory of operation etc.... the AroMed on the other hand lays it all out, describing how the temp is measured, how it is heated right down to the no bull about it... so for those facts alone, I wouldnt buy it... but on the other hand, the AroMed is far less visually pleasing, but far better for the brain all the way up to 450F where the taste isnt great anymore, but the affects are much stronger than a new bowl... the AroMed pay for itself faster in 2 ways.. one is that it has been tested for over 200 hrs of continues operation at over 200C, its longevity should be most promising, and thus saving money on new vaporizers, and then efficiency.. this bowl i loaded yesturday and got the neighbor lit, today already loaded 3 times on the same bowl! it was about 2.5 joints worth. I was trying to dust it out so we can start fresh tonight friday night! I dont know if u have to hold the whip in place do u? and if u do, then its not hands free, and i think the fan is introducing air to the inhaled stream, how else would it monitor temp if its not measuring budd temp? it would need to measure air temp and that sounds like it would be done by blowing the inhaled air over a thermostat to be sure the elements arent over heating... ceramic is a heat insulator, any element has to work harder to get heat through it... the AroMed uses halogen uv free bulb at varying intensities to compensate for air flow fluctuations by measurement of the product temp. It sounds like u may make the purchase based on the looks? uhoh, that means lookout, that is a huge expensive possible disaster, i would really think twice, i myself already bought 2 other different vaporizers and threw my money in the trash because of them and now im pissed, and sense i found a truly perfect in operation vaporizer, im gona shout it to everyone, because there is just too much expensive crap making big claims and not delivering!
chaywoo Reviewed by chaywoo on . Vaporizers I have been interested in getting a vaporizer. I have had many respiratory problems since childhood and now in my 40's the smoke is getting to me. I smoke to relieve the pain from rheumatoid athritis. and glaucoma. I have done some research and the more I research the more confused I get! Yes before the screaming begins I know the Volcano is sent from zues himself. That is great for you who can afford to put out $5oo+. I have read more than a few article that say the volcano is coming down on Rating: 5
