I dont think it does much harm, I use to do Tae Kwan Do and being stoned just made me forget that I was doing exercises and I was supposed to get tired
because you're concentrating your attention elsewhere. being high and doing anything that require endurance is a piece of cake. i can focus my undivided attention to every muscle in my body("whoah, that guys got special powers!"). movement, technique, improvement...all from being high.
