please folks theres enough speculation going on, leave that to mark & co
There is no sell out, their was no data base of customers, theres been no interrogation
I'll have news in very soon but its late here and I'll not get the info till tomorrow
so hang in threre, RC has sold no one out and ther is no evidence of any investigation
this info was passed to me after I sent the wikipedia link to someone close to the situation
I was told I could post this info to put minds at rest
OP
No investigation? WHAT THE FUCK? You should really go to ICMag and CC and read some of the posts there. The facts about Canadian law and the absense of any cannabis related arrests raises serious questions about this situation. As subcool recently posted, "If they aren't talking to you they are fucking you" and having been a week without official response my hope has faded. This is not a community I would EVER place any trust in again.

The four folks who have been arrested thus far were all Canadian.
All 4 were arrested for direct purchases from (in two instances) and or sales (at least one instance) at CBay. One person was a breeder - who is well known among many at CW/OG and elsewhere. This person was busted with/at the same time as a medical grower friend who was close by. One person was a closet breeder and grower. The others I have no information on at this time.
These arrests occurred in several Provinces across Canada -- and all were, according to my source, directly related to CBay and HS purchases and dealings.

I could be true, or it could be the DEA/RCMP wanting everyone to become relaxed so they can do a big round-up...if I were growing, I'd prefer to be careful...shut down and shut up...being safe rather than being sorry...
