Water Pump ?tions
(turtle replied at same time,..read on for a good pump source)
We need to know what kind of hydro setup you are using. Is it flood/drain, a bubbler, a drip system? If you are looking at water pumps I'm guessing flood/drain (aka Ebb & flow).
The airstone makes bubbles in the water and is connected to an aquarium type air pump. The air pump isn't absolutely necessary unless the roots will be hanging in the water (ala bubbler method), so they can receive o2. A 600 GPH pump should suffice for four plants in ebb & flow which is what I have on 2 plants and its overkill. Might try checking eBay for a seller named Aquacave, they have good prices & fast delivery.trianker Reviewed by trianker on .
