Sounds like theyve turned hermie (means theyre both male and female... think Michael Jackson, but in MJ terms. Hey - is that a coincidence? Michael Jackson - MariJuana? Hehehe).
Anyway, Id love to have a hermie plant. It means that it will still produce smokable buds, but they will be slightly lower in THC because some of the THC is used in making the seeds. However, the plant will pollenate itself, meaning you get bud AND seeds!
Oh, by the way, I think that seeds from a hermie plant will always turn out hermie, but Im not too sure on that.
Swizzy89304 Reviewed by Swizzy89304 on . Ever see a grown man cry??!! Greetings. This is my first time here and I apologise if I am not in the right part of this site for Q and A but I have a dilema. I have a few plants that I know were females when they were started, but after 30 days of flowering, I've noticed male pods on a few of the branches. Obviously they have turned. My question is.." are the plants garbage?, or, if I continue to flower them, will they still produce enough THC to make it worth the effort? Thanks for your time. Rating: 5
