"That Burning Feeling"
Does anyone ever feel like after they inhale, they feel like they could just cough up their lungs and it would be fine with them?
Because whenever I inhale, it burns and irritates my throat really bad. There are no other adverse side effects other than that when I toke up, so I was wondering, is there anything else I can do to try to prevent it? I mean, I have heard that drinking a small sip of cool water helps, but is there anything else? Thanks!!

yea, smoke a bong.with really cold water or ice.that should help alot,it will cool the smoke so it doesnt burn the back of ur throat.that is suppsoed to happen,i assume u are usin a pipe, cuz they burn ur throat the most, either that or u have some good cheeba, cuz if it makes u wanna cough it means ur lungs are expanding and absorbing the thc.or jus take smaller tokes

Well, usually I will smoke out of a small glass piece that I just recently got, or I will just smoke out of a glass bowl that one of my friends has. And I tried smoking out of a bong, but I didn't use really cold water, maybe that'll help though. Thanks!

my chest hurts especially when i inhale deeply...i know this has happened maybe just two other times over the past several years...anyone else get this feeling some times? I'm paranoid there's something wrong with me and my lungs. I didn't smoke a lot, just a big joint last night. someone comfort and reassure me, please! 21-F, somewhat regular smoker

Purchase a shisha or a vaporizer. Nothing is smoother and easier on the lungs than a vaporizer, but if you do enjoy smoking, then there is no comaprison to the smooth smoke from a shisha. The shisha also gives you the opportunity to mix your bud with some flavored massal or tobacco for a very tasty smoking experience.
