Which of these nutes would be better for flowering?

Here are pics of two different nutes i have for flowering, which would you reccomend.

The first is "Liquinox BLOOM, 0-10-10"

The Second Is "Green Light Super Bloom, 12-55-6 with 0.10% Chelated Iron"

Hey everyone, i really need to start feeding my lady, but i want to go all the way through flowering with one fert. Im not sure of the difference between the two, and i dont want to choose the wrong one. If anyone has any experience with nutes, please help me out. I would REALLY appreciate it.

bloom feed is 0.1-0.01-0.1

plant food is 2.0-6.0-3.5

Ok.....I guess im gonna go with Green Light, kinda uneasy about it but ill give it a go.
