dusty grow room

i got pissed off the other day becouse i was doing some wall sanding near my grow room and even though it's blocked off a lot of joint compound dust got inside and its all over the leaves and some on top of the soil
i am 3.5 weeks into flowering and don't know if i can wash it off somehow?
need an answer on that
and also i noticed that my white hairs on the tips are looking as if drying out
is this normal? at this time of flowering
