i have a keen sense of taste when it comes to preparing and eating food. i love to mix things up a bit--marinades, herbs, vinegars, oils. you can taste the desired results from just thinking about it. utilizing this skill truly hieghtens my ability to cook. it takes practice though. experience is knowing without thinking.
