Hookahs, Bongs, and Legal Stuff

Ok, so I live in ohio, and I was wondering, since Im new to all this and everyone here seems to know a lil something about everything, if someone could clarify some things for me. I own a Hookah, I use it both for herbs and tobacco. If I should choose to take my Hookah on a trip is there a way to make it "legal" again. Will simply cleaning it with a bong/waterpipe cleaner be sufficient?(Dr Greens, formula 420). Also, on the off chance that anyone has had an ohio experience with "tobacco products" being used for something else and getting caught, what happenes? How do the cops check to see if the Hookah is kosher or not? I keep tobacco with me when moving my hookah from place to place, but I want to make sure it can be cleaned, and if it can what do I need to do so that a cop wont be able to take it or slap me with charges. I dont travel with herb on me unless its on its way to my stash and even then there is no hookah or papers on me EVER in those times. Please let me know anything you may find worth me knowing! Thanx

I'm no expert, but it would make sense that as long as they can't see or smell any resin, or any hint of marijuana smell, they'd have no reason to cause you any problems. As long as they're being used for tabacco, all that shit's legal. :thumbsup:
