Hey all, I just want to share some interesting practices ive been reading out, post some of yours, along with a website about it if you have any.

One of the most interesting things i've ever looked into is called Astral Projection. Its a common practice in some indian civilizations that allows you to experience whatever you want, - truth, afterlife, communicate with spirit voice portals. Very amazing and interesting to read about and try.

ive been trying astral projection for a little while now. sometimes i think i get close. i feel the tingles in my body and my soul leaving. but it comes back so fast, or i don't remember the places i've been.

mirror gazing sounds pretty great... have you checked out lucid dreaming?

There is a ambient techno band called Astral Projection that makes some sweet stuff...download "Ambient Galaxy [Disco Valley]"

Also...I did my final phsych paper on Lucid Dreaming. Alot of ppl cant do it but if you want some intense dreams...write your dreams out in story form when you wake up and you end up training yourself to lucid dream. I've had dreams so real that I wake up scared or feeling how i felt in my dream for an hour after i wake up! Dreaming is so mysterious! Make sure you smoke a bowl or two before you sleep too...

haha yea i tried it a bit too seeing as how i smoke in my bathroom which has a huge ass mirror that i can't really miss... it got really wierd after awhile but i started laughing at something i heard downstairs (don't remember) and i looked away and went down lol

Ive tried to astral travel many times but with no success. But I actually have managed to Lucid dream twice, but havent been able to since (maybe since i havent been trying. lol) .. But two things have worked for me. Repeating as an affirmation before you fall asleep. " I am an astral traveler. I will astral travel." .. nothing negative such as "Im trying to astral travel" .. and another thing called .. Reality time check. Very often during the day, check your watch and check if its functioning correctly, as they say if you look at your watch in a dream and then look at again, it'll be a different time.
