It appears that if some people would wish to potentially intend to decide to contemplate on acquiring illegal substances through the very tight customs policies, they could hypothetically assume that there are many ways of doing so, through various postal services. The information on which they would base their crimes itself isn't illegal. It's widely available on the net. It seems that they outsmart the instances by any loophole that appears in the government net. This could come in handy for them. And this is not beneficiary for those criminals.
