IMO yes. I found nothing that I couldn't find from Limewire except for the fact that downloading was slower, and that it took a while to get used to.

Why would anybody use this?

i usually download entire albums at a time. soulseek is great for that. limewire isn't has organized for us (me) anal retentive people.

I download entire albums on Limewire just the same as you could on SoulSeek. I found SoulSeek randomly generating results that had NOTHING to do with the keywords I was searching. I did like the feature of searching through rooms and genres, connect directly to users.

fuck limewire though. i'd rather let my brother download the music from his computer than to use limewire. it's too sloppy for me.

Fuck soulseek. Soulseek is shit, it looks ugly, the downloads are slow, the search is shit, and its just plain crap. Limewire is better :thumbsup:

fuck limewire and it's mainstream downloads! it's an evil program, built to poison and curse music listeners everywhere. soulseek, man...soulseek. there's no other way to go, if you can go.

Soulseek has always served me well. It's good for trance and synth. No spyware!!! Limewire is bad for that alone.
