    Legal Herbs.

    Well, erowid has reports of trips and experiences. Skullcap, Kratom etc... are supposed to be "legal herbs", and the trip reports on erowid are not very "this is complete bullshit". Ive even read one report on having positive effects on "legal x".

    Legal Herbs.

    If you have a pipe, you better be over 18 and if you have weed/resin in the pipe your done for. If you have blunt wraps and your over 18 but have weed, then even that will be charged against you as paraphernalia. Also, NO, Salvia is NOT legal for minors. You must be over the age of 18 to buy it.
