Its SOOOOO easy to upset the balence. Also don't eat food anything after you take em. You can eat food WHILE you take em, but for gods sake don't do it after. After your peak, you can eat again. But that usually takes four hours so make sure your full.

Actually eating isn't as bad as i just made it sound. If you eat, you risk puking which will entensify the trip but it could really freak you out if your not prepaired.
