My thing is seeing children that eventually could be like this and it could be prevented. I guess like with your teeth..preventive maintenance..obesity is helping to drive health care costs through the roof. Even away from the congestive heart failure I am sure this man is coping with...look at diabetes,amputations etc...and it leads to living off a disability check...more taxpayers money. I would not laugh at another human being for the way they look but making excuses does not address the problem in this country either. Yes I am disgusted when I see my neighbors work 2 jobs and their lazy,fat kids can't even walk the garbage to the dumpster..I see Dad doing it when he gets in late in the evening!
