For the strictest of muslims, you would be killed (or at least punished) for even printing the name of mohammed since they believe it falls in to the category of idolatry. (they must really hate the catholics) When the whole Piss Jesus incident erupted, christians were screaming bloody murder about the blasphemous aspects of this piece of "artwork" but I don't recall any of them burning down embassies. Sure there's been a couple of abortion clinics bombed but that's like 1 in 100,000 christians as opposed to thousands of muslims bitching about a cartoon. I've never been able to get a handle on religious zealotry that involves hurting others. But what do I know, I'm a heathen. Or as I have on occasion heard, recovering catholic. Someone really needs to lighten up a tad. It may be a sin for muslims to depict mohammed but not for anyone else. If I'm not mistaken Islam makes up about 1/3 of the worlds population. So even if a small percentage are extremists, that's a lot of cranky holy rollers who seem to believe they have a right not to be offended. I hate people. (most of them anyway)

There are extremists and there are those who don't realize that with freedom comes responsibility. The publishers decide whether something is newsworthy or merely incendiary. Like many others I think the reaction is over the top and misguided, but neither side emerges unscathed imo. What purpose will it serve for the French of all people to fan the fires (or have they banned the wearing of crucifixes in school yet)?

to start a war...because wether you agree or not, muslims are invading all over the world...they said it themselves, their purpose is to convert the world to their belief...now what the fuck do you want to happen now??? we say okay?? come on, yes we have to be responsible with our freedom but they need to be responsible with their religion to leave it in their country...i don't mind muslims living here, and even i think it's great, but don't start the trouble here when you left your country for that same trouble...this behaviour can't get no respect... :dance:

now everubody want domination!! we all know it and especially united state, but as bad as they can get or as "not free" they can get it's clear that the definition of freedom is a lot more free than muslims definition of freedom..
