fertilizer ratio??????

hey im gonna transplant my plants into a 5 gallen bucket soon but first i need to pick up some fertilizer. what fertilizer ratio should it say on the package that i buy. when i transplant them, is it defenitly gonna stunt the plants groth or dose it only do that when you do something wrong.

Peter's brand is the kind I think that I have heard recommended a lot and I just got some and it is 20-20-20. I think that is the brand name and if not something close to that.

well the ratio i got was 11-4-8 which equals 22-8-16 is that ok.
at like 11:30pm me and my friend went into walmart and meijer high as fuk and bought some fertilizer. a bag of chips and a 2liter.
