ima noob, take it easy on these

first question might be a noob question but here it is:
i recently stole a cigar from my dads stash box but was wonderin where you cut it at, ive seen him use one of those things mobsters use to cut fingers but i was wonderin where to cut the cigar to make it smokable

second question a little different:
while snoopin in his stash closet i fount these " 'Quick Screen' THC" packet thingys and didnt want to open them in case of him noticing, they were in all white packets so i couldnt even see what they were and was wonderin if anyone has ever seen these and can give me some info on them

couldnt tell ya bout the ciggars i smoke blacks and such but the quike screen thing means hes either testin u or he smokes one of the to hope its the latter of tha 2

1. You have to Roll it! Splitting a blunt is only part of the process. Takes some practice to perfect your rolling skills, but split down the middle.

2. I'm assuming it's a drug test. Otherwise no clue.

ok so u wanna know how to cut a cigar so u can smoke it???, well it can have both ends sealed or one end sealed, if only one ends sealed the sealed part is ur mouthpiece an u cut the sealed end so u have a hole about the size of a .22 bullet, the thickness i mean. if u wanna roll a blnt with it u cut both ends so they both evenly straight, split it down the middle along the side wit a razorblade, empty out the tobacco. now comes the really fun part, usualy the wrap of a cigar is dry so ur gonna need to lick it to soften it up a lil so it doesnt crack up on u. put ur herb in an roll it back up. it has to be thinner so the wrap has the other end to grip. untill u get used to doin this u meight wanna pick up some "pimp daddy papers" from a liquor store, they have extra gum on them, tear the gum off a couple papers an use these to hold it together. dont do the papers if u get it to stay on its own, it burns uneven.
