I'm in the same boat!! Minus the Welbutrin, though. I found that throwing the pack out of the car window did the trick. I'm just not letting myself buy anymore!!! Yay for quitting nasty tobacco!!

I qiut Dec 13 2003 after 34 years of chain smoking 3 to 4 packs a day... Quiting was a nightmare,i was chewing wintergreen lifesavers for 2 months,a bag to a bag and a half a day... It was 3 months before the urge went away for a whole day... I gained 30 pounds in the first 3 months...

Nicotine addiction is different with everyone... My x-wife was able to have a cigg with a glass of wine and not have one for a month after,at the time I could not believe it... There are people in the hospital with lung cancer and still smoking, that's how bad it can get...

I had a heart attack and I still smoked... I then got bladder cancer and still smoked,I thank god I was finally able to qiute...

The best is to never pick one up... So to all you kiddies that think it's cool to smoke "YOUR WRONG" The End...

I am rooting for you and Yoda... The best mindset is to never smoke "one" again...
One will lead to another no doubt about it...

I enjoy smoking, I used to smoke a pack-pack & half a day, then i quit cold turkey due to the price of smokes, wasnt hard at all. Now i started back up again, smoking only around 2 packs a week, ciggarettes to me are relaxing after i get out of a 2 hour lecture class and are delightful after a meal on top of that full stomach.... MMMM MMMM

also if im on a night full of drinking or general drug abuse, they are the greatest thing ever, also in the morning too after a long night, going out in the cold air smoking a cig is my cure for being cracked out like after XTC or LSD. seriously man try it, cold air+ciggarette will make you feel right as rain.

    I enjoy smoking very much

But damn skink, I never understand how people get to the point of smoking 3-4 packs a day even when i smoked regularly that seemed impossible to me

i want to try and quit too but all the "stop smoking" methods that work are expensive. how much is wellbutrin? i should try that the next time i try to quit.

nicoderm cq works really well, for anyone who wants to quit. no cravings whatsoever but its really expensive
