Can a doctor tell the cops

i used to work in the medical records department of a hospital. its illegal for the doctor to disclose any information to anyone without your written consent. unless your a minor, then he can tell your guardians.

and no, an officer cant arrest you for being drunk or high. thats why when your at a party, just throw your drink straight down if u hear the cops are coming, then technically they cant arrest you unless your in possession of it or your drinking it.

but ive been to alot of parties that have been busted, and cops usually dont follow this, and i doubt that it would stand up in court.

I'd like to inform you of "public intoxication". It's a very real law. My buddy James got arrested for bloodshot eyes!!
