Im pretty sure its LEGAL for your parents to give you alcohol. Well if they were getting you smashed everynight CPS might have a problem with that , but other than that its legal. Im pretty sure your parents can also order alcoholic drinks for you in restruants and you can legally drink them.

This is what I have heard. I HAVENT heard about your parents buying you drinks in a restauran tho...
