Reciprocal Links

Hey Ron!!

I have a good suggestion for you. I like your site and some other sites and think that it's good not to just have one single site. Not everyone agrees, recently I asked a webmaster if he wanted to do a reciprocal link and he ended up sending me 5 emails basically telling me off. He called me an A-hole about 5 times, and told me to go F*!% myself because I copied his site to a T. Well that was the webmaster from 420girls and 420times.

Anyway, all of the sites I've ever publised have some way for smaller sites to add their mark or leave their trail to help them gain a small amount of exposure, and also to give some incentive to not spam on the forums.

Recently I found a hack that works great, it's basically a Toplist hack or one of those In/Out hacks, but it works great as a links system. Any member can post a link, and they receive the code back to you. The script keeps track of how many hits in to your site from that site, and how many hits out to that site from your site. The more hits that come in, the higher on the list the site will be.

If you did setup something like that, I would be glad to add my site to yours and have yours setup on mine, vice versa. Overall keep up the good work, you seem to have a lot of great things to say.

A site list would be a nice addition - we used to have something similar, though more crude, years ago, but it was abused and subsequently removed.

It's something I'm considering again, but this time it would be hand-edited and list larger sites along with some select smaller, unique sites.

You have a nice looking forum with a lot of nice hacks installed

I would do a link for a link--it helps with seo usually. I just have a standard link page set up on my retail shop--Get with me if you want to trade links. I have a retail shop and a forum, my focus is enthobotanicals, the links to both sites are in my signature, thanx

hey 420kidder--I clicked the toplist link on your board and see no way of adding a link? am I missing it, that often happens--maybe it is right in front of me and I cant see it?
