I can see how some of them might be ok with a bit more make up and some sexier clothes. I'm sure very few people have flattering mug shots. #10 was definitely not bad. But some of them were definitely scary. #21 will haunt my nightmares for some time I'm sure.

Did anyone actually notice what #21 was arrested for? Prostitution!! How drunk and desperate would you have to be to pay for having sex with her? I could draw some eyes and lips on the back of my hand for free and it would look a hell of a lot better.
