can I reuse water from my dehumidifyer......In theory this is like rainwater and naturally distilled....my only concern is the contact with the coils will contaminate the water....tell me what you think. Damn Hippie!

If you have a new machine that isn't rusty and dirty, it's a great idea. If you're not sure, collect some and test it. It is very low in TDS and should be an almost perfect 7.0 pH. I have an incredibly old machine with quite a bit of dirt and corrosion to the collection tray so I don't use mine, but would do it in a second with a new one.
