if you use good quality soil you should get two or three weeks out of it, then use 1ml of the grow fert seen below until flower. There are three products below,

Topmax Bloom Stimulater, Bio-bloom Liquid Plant Food, Bio-Grow they cost about £10 each for 1ltr, Ive had amazing results using them.

there organic and worth there weight in gold.

id suggest getting an oscilating desk fan. And a 400watt hps for flower

The nutes and ferts sound very promising... any american brands you recommend or substitutions? where can they be found? My plants sprouted just under 24 hours after planting, so i think i am doing o.k. so far... when ur telling me about the 400 watt hps lights... are u talkin about the entire grow light system or do u just want me to switch my bulbs to 400w HPS?
