I cant believe most of the people on a DEDICATED CANNABIS website are saying its good to give up. Its pretty much defies logic.

I probably wont give up ever!! For 1 thing it soothes arthritis pain and I get that alot.

So...today is the happiest day of my life. And many may not understand. I'm done. No more for me. I don't need it, I got somebody who makes me happy, and it's not like she's forcing me, we both made a promise that we won't do it anymore because we really don't need it. We are both happy. So yay!

I never knew the happiest day would be the day I quit smoking weed.

So after nearly 9 years of smoking...it's time to say goodbye. It's a bittersweet moment, I have already gotten rid of my paraphenalia, the last of my roaches...and it's officially over.

Cheers to the memories.

Chill out! I think you are trying to find conflict where there is none. I personally don't care whether he quits or not. To each his own. I just think Whos Carl was making an observation about this not being a logical forum for those deciding to become smokeless.

std you are a great guy, but i have one question, why did you stop for a girl?
i tried changing myself for a woman once and it worked for alittle, then i thought is she really loved me for me it doesnt matter if i do whatever, well i found out she really didnt love me for me she loved me because of what i do or didnt do not really a healthy relationship

im not telling you either way to smoke or not to smoke i just hope u relize u through out 9 years of your life because of a girl, im not saying this girl isnt the bomb, but just remember

No no don't misinterpret Jay. I am not QUITTING for this girl, I am quitting BECAUSE of this girl. She makes me happy, and for the past few months smoking just hasn't been enjoyable. I told her straight up that I didn't need it anymore, that I didn't want it, and that's cool with her, she doesn't do it either.

BUUT, when we are together, we can smoke with each other, but if one of us is not with each other, we promised not to smoke. Not that either of us would get really mad about it, sure she is a very bomb chick, but I am not changing FOR her, it's simply for my own happiness and because of her. She makes me happy, and my eternal goal in life is to be happy, not high.
