Hey I just read some information on a drug awareness site, but I am thinking that it is just some anti-drug BS. I'm not sure though. If anyone has any info that would be great.

"Studies show that someone who smokes five joints per week may be taking in as many cancer-causing chemicals as someone who smokes a full pack of cigarettes every day."

That is obviously bullshit. Think about it: smoking five joints a week in comparision to 20 cigarettes a day, what do you think will be worse?

its not just cancer causing chemicals in cigarettes that helps cause cancer, its the radioactivity which cannabis has none of.

Smoking joints is carcinogenic. Smoking anything is. Smoke itself is carcinogenic. Thing is, tobacco is carcinogenic itself, and that adds a shitload to it. Pot's not.

It's probably true actually. Marijuana isn't very carcinogenic, but it is a little bit. Plus, when you smoke joints, you are inhaling paper fumes which is not healthy at all. But 5 joints a DAY is a lot of weed. And if you want to cut your chances of getting cancer, smoke from a pipe or even cleaner, use a bubbler.
