Tell your Father, the next time your friend gets really sick from being drunk, you're not gonna take him to the hospital for alcohol poisoning because "your father" said it's impossible to die from it.

I got into an argument with my dad a while back and I was telling him how alcohol kills over 100,000 people a year, other drugs kill more people, and marijuana kills 0. Then he started saying "well theyre just using data from people who got in accidents and stuff, because no ones ever died from alcohol poisoning"

Now my dads usually a smart guy. So I cant just automatically say he's wrong when he says something. But You can actually die from drinking too much alcohol, right? Like your CNS shuts off and you just die? Cuz my dad seems to think otherwise and I always thought you could.
