Am I the only person to not understand Bit Torrent?

Nooo, download BitComet instead of Azureus. They find the trackers quicker.

"A peer-to-peer (or P2P) computer network is a network that relies on the computing power and bandwidth of the participants in the network rather than concentrating it in a relatively low number of servers. P2P networks are typically used for connecting nodes via largely ad hoc connections. Such networks are useful for many purposes. Sharing content files (see file sharing) containing audio, video, data or anything in digital format is very common, and realtime data, such as telephony traffic, is also passed using P2P technology."

I was simply pointing him in the right direction to find out the infomation he wanted.....hense the link to the website aswell..

and i think you will find it was a bit more relevant than your first post which stated that it isn't like other p2p....when infact once you have the torrent file open on whatever programe you are using it is exactly the same....

thats the wrost one you could download, infact 80% of torrent sites would ban you for using that program alone

lool its a common mistake. You have to download a client program in order to search for things. Download Bitlord, its easy to use and handles just like any other p2p program.

also use www.torrentz.com scans 5 or 6 torrent sites to get you the best ones.

That doesnt even make sence. The sites that host the torrent files never see which program you are using. You dont know what you are talking about.

the ''utorrent'' program is only 150kb and once you download that to play what you download you right click on the program in Utorrent click on "open containing folder'' and there you go easiest one out there, and the quickest and best. and doesent tie up your computer and is totally spyware, adware free.
