i dunno take you time get a water pipe or bong and get her to smoke it with-out relesing the carb so its like smoking a cigg but its filtered and cool(put ice in the water). even if she takes a half hour to get there its worth it. keep some water around and if her throat is sore give her a soother and tell her to keep it in her cheek with shes hitting. good luck
