problem with streching
well i have a couple pics on here if u got to the introduce yourself im on there as hello im from barrington nj or something like that and i have a pic up there umm my thing is i have a streching problem and i have the fluro 2 inches from the top and aluminum foil shiney side out 22 hours of light on 2 off if u look at the pic and can figure anything else out i can do to stop this from happenin it would be greatly appreciated the plant is like 3 weeks old

Make sure your light is powerful and full spectrum.

Where are the pictures?
Your lights should be as close as possible to your plants.
