A marital dispute over money has a New Hampshire woman in trouble with the law.

Police say Beth Ortiz was angry because her husband refused to give her money. So they say she arranged for two men to break in and rob him as he slept at the couple's apartment.

Police in Nashua say Valente Ortiz told them he left the apartment door unlocked when her husband went to bed after the money argument last Friday. Ortiz figured his wife would come home. Instead two men woke him up, rifled through his pants and took cash from his wallet and pocket.

The husband says one of the men hit him. Police arrested two suspects they found with the wife. She faces conspiracy charges and the two suspects are charged with burglary. One also faces a simple assault charge.
