Stronger Marijuana?
Lets start this off by saying I'm 58 and this Halloween, I will have been toking for 40 years. We were NOT smoking 1% pot back in the 60s and 70s. We had good stuff, some of it was even one-hitter pot. Yes, pot has improved in quality due to selective breeding and better ways of growing. Fab, in my neighborhood, we had WAY more than 5 strains to choose from. And just to make you drool a bit, we paid $10 an ounce and $65 for a kilo. Sometimes we would pay $15 for a full ounce of good Columbian or other exotic weed. ( When it is legal, the prices will fall dramaticly- maybe even back to the 60s level) The government line that pot has become 30 times stronger is just plain old BS. Twice as strong? Maybe. My basic advice to you kids is-- Educate yourselves (get a library card and read), don't trust the government or your schools (both lie a lot), become politically active and grow your own. Oh, and be nice to that "little old lady" teacher's aide who helps you in school- it might be me!
