as for cops, ganj is right, its only a job, they get payed to bust ppl, its just that most cops just happen to be assholes, i've had one expierence where i was caught with hash but the guy let me off cuz he could see i wasnt dealin, that it was just for personal use, all i got was a caution and he let me keep my shit, i had about a score of hash which would be 1/4 of an ounce so that was kl of him, some cops are ok and are not assholes all the time.

"I'm just doing my job!" is not a valid excuse. These people went into the profession with the pretense that they would be making a living putting their neighbors in jail for petty crimes. It's not their job, it's their fucking goal in life.

I was really busy yesterday and was in my car a lot. I had never seen as many people pulled over for traffic violations ever in one day. Coincidence? More like a hole in the budget that needed filling.

Cops are just like anyone else. Some are ok, some are cool as shit and others are assholes. When some people get a little power they abuse it. But not all are like that, although there are quite a few.
Growing up 3 of my neighbors were cops and they were cool.
2 girls I dated had fathers that were cops, they were cool. Most of you guys know you never know what to expect when meeting a girls dad. Half of them hate you before they even meet you because no one is good enough for his little girl.
I worked as a bouncer when I was in college and I had to deal with many cops. A lot were dicks... but a lot cool too. About half and half... but shit that's about how life is. You are going to meet a lot of assholes. Half the people I've worked with were assholes. At least half my neighbors are assholes. Shit, half the stoners I've met are assholes. I guess it can apply parents too... my mom was cool as shit... my father is a dickhead... lol.

I think the real problem is in the court system.

A little off topic, but did anyone else read that article about the quadriplegic that was arrested in DC with a joint. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail. He died after a couple days because they wouldn't allow him his respirator in jail. He never should have been in jail to begin with. One joint... wtf.
