When in need of picking up at concerts/raves/clubs etc and looking for a dealer (although I always have my weed, lookin for other stuff ) best thing to do is look for the people that look like they are on drugs (On Ecstacy preferably, they'll be friendlier and more willing to help you out)look for the friendly looking types, large groups of plain or unnattractive girls who are drinking water or soft drinks are often a good bet!

but the main point is to look for people who are obviously high, but not the sort that are gonna turn freak on you and start talking shit and gettin a bit creepy/aggressive (theres always atleast 1, ALWAYS,) over here usually wearing scruffy black/camo nylon "bomber" jackets, pierced ear, stubble, baggy eyes, can't walk straight, smells of sweat and keeps fallin/leaning on people - don't ask anyone like that!!They may have the drugs you seek but you won't be getting any.
