Relax when you smoke. It's really easy to get freaked out about something you are feeling which can lead to a panic attack. If you start feeling like this try closing your eyes, take some deep breaths, and remind yourself that you are okay regardless of how you are feeling. Keep it up until the feelings subside and they will. If I over-indulge in some really good bud I am prone to these and usually that snaps me out of it.

ok. i gotta take off so heres my description
when i get nice n stoned i feel heavy. my skin drags on. things seem all too funny...things are noticable (and often still funny). nice tingly sensation takes over me.
when i clsoe my eyes i can see lots of nice patterns shifting and swaying
when i open my eyes and stair at walls n such, i get cool runny colory paterns n such.
i often shut up when im stoned cuase it just feels good not to talk.
when i close my eyes i can often feel myself riding a rolarcoaster...liek my body is being lunged forward. its fun.

Sounds like your pretty new to smoking. I remember when I got so high everything was crazily different, now I'm just relaxed and if it is chronic I'll get pretty retarded but that is the extent.

btw, people don't usually lace weed for a couple of reasons. First of all, they want return customers. Second, more drugs = more money, and dealers aren't wanting their customers to save $$

It's sad and maybe I smoke too much, but when I'm high, I'm focused relaxed and content. that's about it I guess. I don't see colors or feel dizzy like I used to. now when I smoke too much I just get really tired. Munchies aren't much of a factor anymore either.
When I'm sober I allways lay around doing nothing. I can just lay down without watching tv or sleeping or reading or nothing, I just don't do fuck.

Dont trip playboy...the more u try and analyze how high you are, the more your brain will spin the fuck around. Try thinkin that the high is not gonna last long so see if you can enjoy it. Remember that smokin bud is suppose to make u feel good...don't worry about a thing, youll be allright.

Rofl yeah. I'm sorta off the high now, I dont feel as high but thinking about it does make my head spin. Like I said before. I just think it's that I got some good shit. Before I was smoking some really weak shit. I guess I got some really good bud and I'm just new to the sweet good stuff. I just hate it because last time it was even worse. I got the same effects this time except it wasnt as intense so I think I'm gettin used to it I'm sorta glad eventually I wont feel like this because last time my whole high was a panic attack. This time a panic attack only happened to me for like 3 seconds because I didnt find out if your suppose to feel like this. When I finally found out I guess I was cooler and just enjoying it except for when I think too much.
