it sounds like you could use most any outdoor strain. dry, sunny, temps. in the 60s 70s i presume. as for the wind i would recomend using an indica dominate for a short stout plant, that should protect it from the wind. now the dry weather is actualy good for the buds, but make shure you have a fresh water supply near by.

My climate (during summer is between 18 to 40 deg c . It is dry and extremely sunny, plus there is a sea breeze. The salt from the sea breeze dissapates before it reaches me, so the only worry is the actual wind, wich can get strong. I currently have some Serious Seeds Bubblegum.
