i was wondering if there was an easy way to make a scale from house hold objects, like not a digital one but something like the one with two plates and a fulcrum in the middle... something like that, any way i could measure by grams. a paper clip is a gram right?

Just buy a set of scales on ebay. Or try the kitchen for food scales.

It is near impossible to use anything else other than real scales. I wish people would stop asking the same question.

Small electronic scales are more inconspicuous than a homemade beasty scale lol

you can get hand scales at mail stores for like a buck also. they're small and fit into any pocket.
