i doubt it lowers testosterone. ive been a heavy smoker since i was 12, and im 17 now. and although im pretty small (about 5'5", 145 lbs) my dick's good, and i am pretty built. the only thing that hasn't quite developed fully is my abs. got my bi's, tri's, lat's, calves, pec's, etc, but still waiting for that six pack.

and it may slow puberty, but if that is the case, then it obviously slows the effects of aging. and isn't that what science has been trying to do for like the past 50 years???
