A nutmeg â??tripâ?? is very unpleasant and frightening, a very different experience to LSD.

for nutmeg u want to take a gram and a half for every 10 pounds u weigh i weigh like 145 so i would take like 15- 16 grams of nutmeg
try to get the fresh kind to it tastes better than store packaged and is more potent
