to my knowledge you cant buy bottled up deadly gas... or we'd have a bunch of mini-hitlers running around using them.
you CAN use sodium-free seltzer water as co2 - there is actually a lot of CO2 in 1 bottle... you want to mist the UNDERSIDE of all of the leaves... it actually helps - they recommend 3x a day if thats your method, but 1x a day, right at lights on works well IMO. it must be sodium free... it should just be carbonated water.
i know a lot of ppl use the cheap-o method of makin' co2 with the yeast and all - but IMO tanks are the only way to go... you get dependable co2 thats always working, and a GAUGE tells you when you need more.. you dont have to stick your head in a bucket and see how much you yack to tell if your co2 is workin.BloodShot420 Reviewed by BloodShot420 on . CO2 - how to? I have heard a lot of good things about CO2 -- So, I decided to mix one myself. My question is how do I use it? Do I just spray my home made CO2 into the plant? or do I have to add some water afterward? please advise. thanks Rating: 5
