As to your CO2... You mean Carbon Dioxide... right? Well, it's a gas.
What do you mean you "mixed one yourself"?
You can "spray" it?
Well, CO2 (the gas), is present in the air, @ about 300ppm (I think, or it's 200ppm). For plants, you have a CO2 tank (or generator) and you pump up CO2 into your room, so the CO2 level reaches 1500 - 1800ppm. There, the plants thrive.
Because you're pumping CO2 into the room, and you want to keep X level of ppm, you cannot have your exhaust/intake fans running. You need an air conditioning unit to keep your room/cabinet @ a stable temperature. When you use CO2, you might want to let the temperatures climb to the early 90s.
In addition to the CO2 tank, you need a regulator, and a couple of other relays, timers, sensors to make everything work...
